Sales Data Operations Specialist


Our team is looking for a dedicated Sales Data Operations Specialist to manage data operations that support our Sales and SDR teams. The successful candidate will handle large data sets, automate processes, and ensure data integrity while also providing critical analysis and reporting. Additionally, this role will require expertise in scraping and utilizing various data tools to source market information and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Reporting: Manage data operations, develop reports, and deliver actionable insights through in-depth analysis to provide comprehensive support to sales and SDR teams.
  • Data Sourcing: Leverage data scraping tools and techniques (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, RocketReach, etc.) to identify and acquire relevant market and lead information.
  • Data Processing: Export, clean, and prepare data sets for use in SDR cadences, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business needs.
  • Process Automation: Design and implement automated processes to enhance the efficiency and scalability of data-related tasks.
  • Salesforce Management: Maintain data integrity within Salesforce, optimizing its use to support sales operations and ensure accurate tracking of leads and opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure data-driven alignment with broader organizational goals.

Who you are

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have proven experience with data platforms such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and RocketReach.
  • Extensive experience using Salesforce, including data management and reporting functionalities.
  • Preferred experience with SalesLoft or similar sales engagement platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to automate and streamline data processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Experience with BI tools is highly desirable. 
  • Have strong analytical skills with a track record of working effectively with large data sets to derive insights and drive strategy.
  • Able to work well in a team environment, with excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to collaborate across departments.
  • Experience within the construction market or related industries is highly desirable.
