HR assistant

As we continue to grow, we're expanding our HR team to support our needs. In this role, you will primarily handle recruitment activities but also assist with other HR functions, contributing to a broader range of HR projects.

Your Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support (~70%): Assist with the recruitment process for different teams, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
• General HR Support (~30%): Provide assistance with other HR functions as needed, such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and organizing team-building activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in English and Russian languages.
• At least 6 months experience in Recruitment
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic experience with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Residency in Yerevan, Armenia
